Welcome to Johar Educational Society

Introduction

Johar Educational Society of Pakistan is a registered non profit institution dedicated to the promotion of educational and research activities. It runs a postgraduate college and a research journal. Pakistan Journal of Commerce and Social Sciences is a double blind peer reviewed journal, published twice a year and follows the guidelines of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan for scholarly journals. It is indexed in Ulrich's directory and IndexCopernicus as refereed publication. It is abstracted at PakDatabase (http://www.pdb.irp.edu.pk). The journal is operated independently by national and international editorial board from around the top ranked universities of the world, and the Society operates its administrative affairs. Its main objective is to cultivate and disseminate scholastic research from academic community as well as business professionals. Ph.D. students all around the world are always encouraged to contribute in the journal. The journal prefers publications of concise, thought provoking and value-added nature of not more than 12 printed pages (amounting to 5000 words). Both theoretical and empirical contributions in all disciplines of economics, commerce, business, management, accounting and finance are welcome.  High quality book reviews (edited but not refereed) will also be published.
